I am so happy right now. This challenge has me stoked. And it also coincides with Oprah's "cleanse." I am so happy that she is trying vegan for 21 days. It is hard when you are starting out and she has a great support team, a chef, the author of "Quantum Health" and her work buddies who are joining her. She was able to say no to Tom Cruise's homemade brownies! wow! If she can, I can....I am so proud of her because, she, too, struggles with her weight. I need to visualize and find pics of my goal to help me stay on track according to our fearless leader, cagedliberty! I must go and do that now. The Power of Now...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hope you realize that Oprah is not the only who has buddies..you do too!! We are all in this with you and together we will all succeed in our goals! Keep up your spirits, you are doing great and you will acheive greatness..You just have to want it bad enough!
