Did well yesterday but wouldnt you know, I sat here and ate 2 donuts and 3 donut holes for breakfast. It sure settled my sweet craving though.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
