I missed Challenge weighin yesterday since away since Friday for Thanksgiving weekend. I weighed myself this morning and I have completely undid everything I accomplished since start of the Challenge (today first day of week 5). I am so disappointed with myself since I was doing so good including last week Mon-Thur. I guess it is a good reminder I CAN NOT JUST EAT WHATEVER! But still not the learning experience I wanted. I'm currently eating a salad I brought to work for lunch. I need to turn this around and get back on track.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
