Stayed the same at weigh in today. I was wearing my jeans and a belt, so I am probably a bit lighter. In any case - the same is alwasy better than having the scale go up, particularly when I have had a challenging week. I am pretty sure that I ate less than my points target plus the 35 points, and the leader does keep saying that I should really make sure that I eat more to keep my metabolism going. So - I guess that is what I should do for the week! I did have a lot of times this last week when I really wanted to eat more - so perhaps that was a message as well!

I think I'll just make sure that I get all of my dairy, protein and healthy fats no matter what!

Hope all of my diet buddies are doing okay out there!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, eating less points doesn't always equal losing more. Get in your daily points. You are doing great!
