Great redemption week. Drank ALL my water, remembered to take metamucil (feel so old when I say that) so that I am getting enough fiber, ate great, even allowed myself 2 homemade (small) chocoate chip cookies this weekend that my daughter and I made from scratch. Focused I am. I FINALLY can start to see a difference in something besides my boobs! My pants are really getting to baggy and I am wearing a 1x shirt today. Something I have not been able to do in 10 years. I HAVE to start running. It is something I want to do so bad. I went and bought a good pair of sneakers as I think the last pair I owned are 10 yrs old (obviously since they still look almost new proves I do very little excersize). My major goal that is on my bucket list is to do a 5k marathon. Always seemed so out of reach, but not anymore. Even if I have to walk it, I will do it. In the last 15 years of up and down weight (last 10 yrs always up), I have never been so motivated. Shame on me for allowing it to get this bad. I need to be around as long as possible for my kids.Life is a gift and I need to respect and be thankful each day..... Skinny me wants out and slowly, the right way, I will set her free :)
196.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

you can do it! It wasn't so long ago I was starting my couch to 5k plan and was only running 60seconds at a time the first week. Yesterday we surpassed the original end goal of thirty minutes and did forty. Practice, practice, and you'll get there!
