Finally, some time to sit and relax. This has been a hectic day. Monday's seem to be that way for me.

Hello everyone, I hope all my FS friends are doing well. You are all in my prayers.

Last week I was away because I was camping. We had a lot of fun, but I don't eat well when camping. Lots of chips, cookies and s'mores. Oh yeah, and hot dogs cooked over the fire - yum! And I don't eat on any regular basis. I did survive and I've even lost, so WOW - praise God for the help! It was beautiful, so absolutely gorgeous. If you've never been to Horsethief Resevoir, well you're missing out. It was my first trip there since I was a wee little girl and we had so much fun. I took my son and nephew and we swam and they fished and we just had fun.

I started a program this past week, Faithfully Fit. It's a book that helps explore the spiritual side of eating. The idea is to help me deal with my problem eating issues and surrender my eating and exercise to God. I'll let you all know what I think of it as I go along. This much I can say, it's going to take a lot of my time because they have a lot of reflection questions and journaling. Technically today is our first day, except for all the prep they asked for. Even before we began we had three very tough and emotional questions to deal with. I was crying. I'm doing this with my mom, the buddy system and I'm hoping this will help me face somethings about myself I've been to afraid to face while at the same time learn to surrender and rest in my Jesus.

Well, it's very late and I should be heading to bed. Good night to each and every one of you and sweet dreams.

7 Things I'm Grateful for:
7. Horsethief Resevoir - WOW, beautiful, so many birds, great camp spot. My son even caught a Rainbow Trout!
6. Air Mattresses - I wouldn't camp without them.
5. Campfires - They are fun to hang around and cook on, they chase away the mosquitos and warm me up on a cool night.
4. New clothes - I bought some new capri's and a couple tops, I love shopping.
3. Music - It's amazing how music brings people together.
2. Business Connections - Because of my old business connections I'm still getting work. Hallelujah!
1. Faithful God - When I need something, He handles it, when I hurt, I curl up in His embrace, when I'm happy, He's dancing with me. He rocks!!

Trust in God steadily, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly.
345.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 185.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
