I've done better this past week and it shows as I've lost two pounds. I am starting to get tired of eating the same things for breakfast and lunch every day. So, I've started to change that up a little and it has helped.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fantastic work on losing 2lbs this week! I can definitely relate to the getting bored of eating the same things... they say variation is the spice of life and I'm sure it's good for our weight-loss too. You just keep up the great work fellow Cassini... let's reach for the stars!! ;o)
