swoodsong's Journal, 27 January 2019

This time we had liquid colloidal vitamins each morning, and I took my thyroid, adrenal support and b-12 in the morning. I also took adrenal support at bedtime.

I speculate that having something going through the stomach kept the stomach active. We didn't have as much discomfort and liquid stools on starting with solid food after the fast.

Since the weight loss didn't seem to be impacted, it looks like a good idea.

Came off the fast with chicken bone broth, added in salt, pepper, red pepper, plus an inch of carrot and dried onion bits for flavor. For dinner, I had the same soup but added a tilapia filet and some mushrooms to the recipe.

I also snagged about an inch of paneer cheese to nibble on.

Since it was all very low carb, my weight still dropped overnight.

I'm planning on trying to keep my intake down and not react to the fast by filling in with cravings.
