WOOHOO! Got my 10lb ribbon today! That felt AWESOME. I'm nearly at half of my 10% goal for the 14 weeks and I'm only at week 5. I'm actually gonna do this!
307.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 108.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
