October 1st-unbelievable! Where has the year gone? Walked usual route with hubby and dog (3.2 mi). Still recovering from Saturday's beach walk.
Really need to focus on the right foods this month.
211.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 66.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
