OMG! This is so hard! I have to get back to the swing of things! School's out and my routine has changed! Any suggestion from teachers who struggle with the same issue?
237.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1697 kcal Fat: 64.73g | Prot: 80.89g | Carb: 207.41g.   Breakfast: peanut butter, blueberry bagel, pineapple tidbits, strawberries, kroger vanilla yogurt, coffee, non dairy creamer. Lunch: baked beans, miracle whip free, aunt millies 45 calorie bread, ground turkey. Dinner: mini tater tots, shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara, meat balls. Snacks/Other: cake cone, Vanilla Ice Creams. more...
