I am doing well. Today will record as a low calorie day tomorrow so I am getting back on track. I had appointments and other things which kept me so extremely busy yesterday and today and I finally am getting on now. Bruce called a little while ago we probably will go deep sea fishing Saturday July 10, 2010 as I am off from work after tomorrow until July 15! He said we both kind of need to get away and have some fun and it will be in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and it isn't too expensive. I bought sunflower kernels the other day without the shells and ate them over two days and they're healthy but raised my calorie intake the past two days. My leg is still healing, it may take a few more weeks. I'm afraid to get on a bike and make it worse. It feels pretty good so maybe walking would be OK as long as it isn't too far. I will hopefully connect on journals if not tonight tomorrow.
