I dont know what happened. It seems that the big loss that i had during the 1st few days of my diet was only up to there.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most people lose a lot at first. Weight usually slows after the first couple of weeks. Your loss is very normal and great (especially since you don't have a lot to lose). Whatever you are doing, keep doing it! Great job!

Dedication is the key to losing weight. Sometimes the body may lose weight quicker in the beginning because you're not giving it those foods that are high in fat & calories anymore and is giving it food it can actually use for energy. However, later the weight lost will seem to slow down, but that's the time you really need to be dedicated w/your diet. Because it's not only just a diet anymore where you're concerned about what you can & cannot eat...it now becomes a lifestyle that should include some type of daily exercise, focusing more on daily nutrition, and getting the proper rest. Stay dedicated to those things and the weight will continue to fall off stedily. So hang in there & I'm rootin for ya!

Pking, you are right. I need dedication and focus on my goal. Thanks Suzi for your encouragement. I am setting my mind on this. I can do this guys. Slowly but steady.
