Oh Yuk, major gain this week. I exercised everyday. I've been mixing it up. I feel fit. It is a long weekend and beautiful weather. Friday I ate badly and Saturday I had a few drinks at a back yard dinner. Sometimes I really don't get it. I was far from perfect but I've had worse weeks and not gained like this. Way more comes into play besides just food and exercise. Still trying to figure it out.

Goal for week 1)Continue exericise 2)Really watch and be anal with what I put in my mouth. Start with my evening snacks & a party I must attend next weekend at a bar.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
