I haven’t gained an ounce since my last weighin Sept. 6th. I was in an auto accident Sept.13th and am just getting back to normal activities. I’m so glad I didn’t gain!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that is wonderful, it is hard not to gain when you are not able to move around due to medical issues.

Car accident? How badly were you hurt? What happened. Maybe you posted this and I missed or can't remember. Bless your heart. Glad you haven't gained any. Nice to see you are here.
