Not sure about the weight stall. Anyway... I have noticed my clothes getting looser on me, so I'm not entirely frustrated. I finally got the nerve to pop my Jillian Michael's dvd in the player. Oh boy..! First time I could only do 6 minutes of her 20 minute workout. Today.. my 4th go around... I made it through the entire workout.
