I have fallen completely off the wagon in the last nine months. Now it's time to get back on it.
I joined Weight Watchers and actually like going to the meetings. The support is just what I need to keep going.
I also have a workout buddy who will literally come kick my ass if I don't make it at least three times a week with her.
So, here's to my next go around with this.
