A bit disappointing. But I should focus on trend, not day to day fluctuations. I have been finding omad not too difficult to comply with. Would like to try a longer fast though, in line with dr Fubg’s recommendations. Could I do 36 hours? Worried about getting to sleep hungry...

Sometimes people make breakfast their OMAD meal when then try their first extended fast. It seems easier to go through the day then night and make it to the evening meal the next day. If you are not going to keto, you will probably need to try the longer fasts to me effective in getting health and weightloss benefits from fasting. (I think that is what Dr. Fung says)

Yes, and it looks like there may also be other benefits to eating earlier in the day. I will think about it. My problem is that it feels more “normal” to eat in the evening...
