Five pounds in a week?
It’s smoke & mirrors but I’ll take it!
HMR meals are getting boring but so long as I keep getting results, I’ll stay in it. Curves ok; I can’t promise evening workouts, only mornings.
Drinking lots of water with lemon, peeing a lot.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
