I get frustrated at this point, everything seems to come to a stand still and chocolate screams at me. im afraid to go off the first phase beings im not seeing much progress at this point anyway. What are any carbs gonna do for me. Stickin with it though, hopefully my determination will soon pay off 4 lbs and i cant seem to get there.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont get frustrated. Youve done GREAT so far - 7lbs in 2 weeks is wonderful! The last littl bit will be gone before you know it. Plus if chocolate is really your break point - have some that is allowed by SBD like a fudgsicle. They have always been a lifesaver for me when Im trying to behave. Just enough chocolate to keep me from giving up but without all the guilt. :-)

I found at(of all places)TJ Max...where they have gift baskets and gourmet food items..... Sugar Free Chocolate Bars. Its Dark Chocolate. Tastes really good. Ive also done the sugar free fudgecicles when I need that chocolate fix. Keep Going....You can DO IT !!!!!!!!!!

I'm a chocoholic! I posted a Chocolate Cheesecake recipe that takes away that craving. It's for all phases just make sure you cut it into the 16 pieces and only have 1!!! It's really yummy!
