O Joy was dreading getting on the scale. No gain for the whole of December. Might be the first time ever. I really only over ate on Christmas and new years. Also what helped was skipping meal. Rather having lunch and dinner and no breakfast or no lunch.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
