Only ate one "cookie" at a brunch, but it was WFPB, no sugar, no oil, sweetened with banana. Otherwise have avoided all sweets for long time now. The extra 0.5 is just when I eat salted, which trying to avoid.
115.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
