30 sit ups
15 squats
5 push ups
140.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Down the two pounds only because I'm not eating like crap any more. It'll definitely be tougher from here on out, especially after I get to 135ish range. I really need to get back to running, ideally everyday but for now if I can get it in once a week I'll be happy.
