I was very disappointed in me this week. I tried to eat healthy foods and it worked, but had too many desserts and it reflected right back at my weight gain. No exercising also getting the best of me. I used to be very active and for years now I'm almost sedentary. I have to remember that if I keep doing the same thing every day I will keep getting the same results... SO, I have to start walking at least!!!
236.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
