Well i fell off the wagon big time. i've been depressed the last few weeks and have been in a fat fog. Gold's Gym is going to offer a Boot Camp, thinking of signing up. I hope to get my butt outta bed in the morning and get to Body Pump. Boot Camp doesn't start til July so I want to try and get a little more endurance, if I do sign up I want to get the most out of it.
