Well i fell off the wagon big time. i've been depressed the last few weeks and have been in a fat fog. Gold's Gym is going to offer a Boot Camp, thinking of signing up. I hope to get my butt outta bed in the morning and get to Body Pump. Boot Camp doesn't start til July so I want to try and get a little more endurance, if I do sign up I want to get the most out of it.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take the u-turn and get back on track...i never thought that i can do this and i've only been doing it for two weeks...just keep going. Let yourself fall and be strong to get going again...if you've had the courage to start...you can get through the rest!

Thanks marbags! I didn't make the gym today, gonna take a morning class. If I go in the morning I can't talk myself out it later. We can do this!
