I don't know what to say guys, I'm really frustrated and that's why I've been MIA lately. I've gained 9 freaking pounds since February!!! Have I been eating ridiculously bad? No I haven't... I've only gone off SB a hand-full of times... I don't think that constitutes 9 freaking pounds!!! God I'm so frustrated! I started over about 4 days ago and have gained nearly a pound every day... how is that possible? So today I started over AGAIN and am gonna try to do it 100% strict; if this doesn't work I seriously freaking give up!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up!!! You have made a ton of progress so far so don't let a little backslide undo all that work. Stick to it 100% for a couple of weeks and then see where you stand. If you really feel like you are stagnating and stuck in a rut change up your workout. Kick up the intensity by adding more weight to your strength training, you will burn more calories and the muscle you build will increase the number of calories you burn even at rest.

Jewels... I've been there girl. No one ever said this would be easy and let me tell you, I've been mad enough to spit nails at times! Especially when you feel like it's hopeless, but it's not. I can't explain why our bodies fight us on losing at times, but it does. I know that when I am too stressed though, it makes matters worse. Hon.. I honestly KNOW how you feel. I've had such a hard time in the almost year that I've been on FS and yes, I have given up a few times. In February, I stayed away from here as much as possible b/c of that very reason but this too shall pass. You just have to refocus and not let the weight control you, get back in the driver's seat where you belong. Even if it's a slow go... YOU are in charge. Don't let your weight "push you around"... let the scales know who's the boss here. Like I said, even it's baby steps... you'll get there. Take a deep breath and put that baby into drive b/c YOU are stronger and smarter than the scale. Don't give up, sooner or later your body will have no choice but to listen up and start dropping those pounds back off. I'm not making light of the situation b/c it really sucks at times. I totally understand you and remember, you're not alone... we all have those times, read a few journals... I can name off a few right now that is having a little trouble. Don't let this minor set back keep you from seeing the big picture here. I'm sending you a big hug and lots of luck!! Cheer up, you're still beautiful!!
