I was pretty good last week. Still same issue with snacking in the evenings. Also yesterday afternoon. I reviewed my lab results with my doctor on Friday. My thyroid levels are low. Probably the reason it has been difficult to lose weight and why I'm feeling more tired. Time will tell how the new meds work. I must admit the biggest issue is I'm far from perfect following the diet.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
