Yesterday (Sunday) was a nightmare. I made upside-down Pineapple pudding (with golden syrup) and I had a big portion of it... my reasoning was that today and tomorrow were my stop days so... :( Too many calories though. Well, I am going to use this as an experiment to see how it affects my overall weight by the end of week 2. As expected, today I had gone up in weight... hey ho!!!
160.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
