My weight is back down to where it was the week before my big splurge . I need to treat myself to some new jeans or take these in, but shopping around here is so limited the jeans would have to come out of a catalog. That's not fun shopping. I'm glad its Fall I'm going to make more soups. Fire up the crock pot and skip the meat too expensive and go with beans. Soon my weight will be in the next lower decade.. I will feel very accomplish with that!
160.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
