I am losing quickly, hoping to keep the momentum while I'm on vacation next week. I think I've got the eating thing down, even on vacations. I'll be doing a lot of walking and some hiking, I hope to have a nice surprise on the scale when I get home. Forgot to plank yesterday!!!
