Quit smoking...compensating with banana bread etc...sigh
131.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Please do not try and quit smoking and dieting at the same time. You will gain a few pounds due to the changes in the drugs in the tobacco. Concentrate on your quit rather than dieting. Chew nicotine gum, exercise and think positively. I quit a 30 year habit 8 years ago. If I can quit....anyone can quit!! Let me help you!! LHH
