I weighed myself just now and this morning. Cannot believe that I weigh less... so even though I have recorded it today, I am dubious and fully expect the weight to go up by the end of the week!!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
