I have reached my first goal. I know my profile says that I started at 210 however I lost a profile and had to restart. If I had my old one it would show that I started out at 235. I have now lost 66 pounds! And I did it by finding outdoor activities that I love. Bike riding, hiking, and just enjoying myself.
