back to gym yesterday since I fell and it went pretty well, only felt pain when I moved too fast or moved in the area where I fell. Good to get back into the swing of it even if it wasn't my normal exercise routine. I do love their scale especially when it hit in the 138 range, unlike mine. Body fat was down to 33.5 so that was good, the measurements didn't show any improvement thou but my trainer stated that was probably from the lack of exercise.
