Feeling renewed after a hike and back on track - following fairly well, minus the chinese food last night. but it's all about little cheats and moderation for me, so yeah, I'm happy with how it's going. Although this week I plan to step it up a notch and be fairly strict with the carb intake. Also walking forty minutes each day, which helps i think - and the water - 8 to 12 glasses of it - as much as i can take in... no alcohol - key.
