Looks like I did ok these last two weeks. It was my brother-in-law's birthday party last night, so I went a bit overboard on his dinner, but I'll get back on track today and keep it up. Feeling really good. Finally below 240. Yea me! :)
239.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 119.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
