ok so i ate ok but not the best way i could BUT i did exercise everyday except sunday whether it be cardio or strength..this week i will focus on my eating and betting menu planning AND continue with my strength/cardio plan! steady weight is great news this week!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's best to take it one day at a time. Good for you for getting the excercise in. Now you can concentrate on the food end. It will fall into place. Good luck to you!

You are more aware of what you are eating which is good. You are also great at the exercise. That is something I am still working on. Take it one day at a time and you will get there. And as you say, your weight was steady. That is why I decided it was time to get serious. I was watching the scales head back up each week and I have vowed that will NOT happen. Together we can support each other through this journey.
