In the middle to end of the week, I ended up having some white bread rolls and some biscuits that are high in fat. Since is the fat I want to shred from my body I'm concentrating in reducing fat on my diet. However, despite the choices I managed to keep my overall calorie intake below my RDI, so it is a good start. I MUST exercise more... Last week I was very tired and I didn't move much. This week I will try to walk even if it is during lunch time at work!!!
