I have been so exhausted and havent felt like doing much of a workout. I believe, if I remember correctly, I went through this issue in the beginning of my weightloss back in January. I had wanted to reach 180 by tomorrow, May 1st, but I dont see that happening unless I can magically vanish 2 lbs overnight..but I doubt that. Next goal, after the 180 will be to be at least 170 by June 24th...whenever we leave for vacation...thats a huge amount of time to lose 10 lbs....it would be nice to be 160 but 20 lbs, i think, will be overshooting it.
