I can't believe it?! Am I ACTUALLY starting DOWNWARD again! Woo Hoo!
I've been doing real well with keeping to my exercise schedule of M-Th nights and not letting anything interrupt. I think that is really helping to kick in my weight loss.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

AMEN SISTA!! =D Right on!! I'm so glad to see the hard work paying off for you!! I have resumed to status quo on my old scale finally this am, but I am sick and tired of these 5 lbs keeping me in the 200's!! I'm going to continue to use my crock pot as my tool of success and continue with my hearty and low cal soups! Keep up the great work... very proud of the disciplined workout schedule that you are adhering to! xoxo
