so sloooow.. but I heard that's much better cause it makes it sustainable. I just wish it were much much faster going back to my original weight :( . Today I must get rid completely of that Halloween candy, once it's out of view all those empty calories will be out of reach ;)
117.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
