Yes!! .. dropped down the little 0.5kg , this week if I'm not going down at least I have to keep it that way. I won't allow Halloween to mess up my progress. Remember: 4 tsp of sugar is 60 cals, that's one whole Apple in calorie talk, you choose how you'll rather ingest those calories 🙂
119.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
