Hmmm don’t know about that LZ. I kinda have a love/hate thing going on with big D here. I love the muscles but hate that he has the metabolism I want lol. Although some of the last few days gain/loss should be water so that makes me feel a bit better ;).

Oh yeah, Diablo, because of you and Chris and others I broke down and got a donut the other morning lol. Drive by and thought ‘hey why not? Others have them and do fine.’ Have not had a donut from winchell’s in probably a decade or more! I didn’t know they made apple pie filling for donuts now! I was in heaven and made it last almost two hours by nibbling on it around other stuff 😁. Best 370 kcal ever lol.
