I am having a hard time getting on program. It is difficult to exercise with my legs always hurting.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Have you tried swimming! It's much easier on the legs than most other forms of exercise. But the most important part of dieting is getting on the program and eating healthy. Once you get yourself on track, adding in exercise becomes easier. Good luck!
