Hi!

Ok Im doing good. yesterday i had brunch so i had *shakes his head* egg benedict with fried potatoes. but thats ok, overall my graph is still looking good and its still alright. Hunger isn't so bad as it used to be so yay :) i also discovered these wonderful veggie hotdogs with good protein and little carbs. Wonderful snacks for the evening.
272.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart does look great. Keep making those improvements and you'll be rewarded. Well done! I too love veggie & soy products, you can eat that stuff and not feel bad at all about it! YEAH for you!
