I LOVE CURVES! Yes, it's still a task to drag myself in to workout at Curves 4 to 5X a week, but it's certainly worth the effort. 31.75 total inches & 26 lbs gone in 3.5 months...yahooo! I really need to get in more cardio in the form of walking (next fitness goal), but the new love of my life...my new puppy Gracie, keeps me hopping for now lol. Eating out remains a challenge so I don't do it as much these days...and thank God for Skinny Cow Fudgesicles...yummmmmm.

How's everyone else doin' out there?
219.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Regular exercise is definitely instrumental in revving up weight loss. Good to hear you have found something you love doing as that will ensure you stick with it. You've been doing very well and should be proud of your results so far. Keep it up!
