Just 3 days on my re-started 'diet' and I'm feeling great! Just writing down the food I'm eating and selecting better (better choices) is already resulting in a weight loss. I'm not depriving myself, but I'm really choosing better options and if I do choose some chocolate/sugary things I balance the other meals so I don't go over my RDI.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
