I weighed 170.8 on Tuesday and I had a huge whoosh of 2 pounds last night. I am now 167.8 about the same amount that I weighed before surgery in February. My next goal is to get to 165. Last night, I did Insanity Plyometric Cardio and jogged 1/2 mile on the treadmill. I think I burned at least 300 calories maybe 400. I am taking one energy diet pill and 2-4 b complex pills.

I am trying to drink at least 80 ounces of water per day. I need to push it to 91.5 ounces. Half my weight plus 8 ounces.

For sinus I am trying the rinse morning and night. I am also doing mucinex and claritin every other day. I hope this works.

I lost 2.8 pounds!!!! Lord help me to keep it off.

167.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
