well that sucked...have to do better this week...wont give in to my temptations like i have been...giving my self a pat on the back for exercising this week though....tomorrow starts a new weight watchers week....
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
