Losing weight at a good rate, 2.8kg in 2 days, my metabolism is definetly revved up. I have posted my current weight and will use that as a reference point. I have also uploaded some of the pics I took when I was on an ice-cream bender, visited all the top ice-cream shops Noosa Heads was on cloud 9. Pics will help you understand why I ate so much ice-cream besides, trying to increase my metabolism and diet research purposes. Good crispy wings I just love.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 141.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
